Reverse engineering of IKEA DIODER

I went to IKEA and noticed ther DIODER LED lighting have soft fade now, so i bought one. And of course i had to pick it apart to check whats inside, and to my surprise it was just regular stuff. It uses a PIC MCU, i don't use those, but if you do you can probably do some cool stuff without any major hardware changes. I can't say if they are the same everywhere, but i sure hope so.
